a bit about me:
a teacher once told me that she changed every day, every hour, and every moment. she said that she was constantly evolving and growing and metamorphosizing, and that the people who truly loved her embraced those subtle changes in herself and she in turn, embraced their ever-changing self.
i really believe that we are people shaped by our past and our present, and i enjoy the journey life is taking me on.
i’m a young, emerging theatre artist and i’d be lying if i didn’t say that’s my first love, and where my heart feels most at ease. i also love autumn, tea, stargazing in kansas (my once home) fields on summer nights, good books, good music, good wine, candlelight, history, hiking, the color green, blueberries, family, laughter, period dance, traveling, eugene o’neill, and a good stiff G&T!
i trend towards immersion in a project, and you’ll probably notice traces of that in what i “tumbl” towards. at the moment, i’m gearing up for the 2011-2012 season at minneapolis’, the children’s theatre company.
in other time, i also enjoy the joys of working at LUSH fresh handmade cosmetics, a company which was founded in the uk in ‘95, daily helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs—bringing them closer to comfy candlelit baths, fantastic skin and hair, and other lovely things!
